Shipping & Refund Policy

This Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Paravita Supplements Inc (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at paravita.co. By starting a subscription with us, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all addresses within Canada and the USA.

  • Shipping Costs: * Standard Shipping: Always FREE on all subscription orders.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $10.00.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that while many orders arrive faster, transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

2. Subscription Terms & Cancellations

Paravita operates on a 30-day subscription cycle. By purchasing, you agree to recurring charges every 30 days.

  • Pre-Charge Notification: We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your next order is scheduled to be placed.

  • Managing Your Subscription: You must cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription before the next order is generated at the 30-day mark.

  • Cancellations After Placement: Once an order has been placed, we reserve the right to decline refund requests. If you contact us immediately at hello@paravita.co, we will make every effort to stop the shipment; however, if the order has already entered our fulfillment process or has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund that order.

3. Returns & "Refund-Only" Resolution

To ensure the highest health and safety standards for our wellness products, all sales are final. * No Physical Returns: We do not accept or require the return of physical products. Please do not mail products back to us, as they will not be processed.

  • Issue Resolution: If there is an issue with your order (damage, defect, or error), we offer refund-only resolutions or replacements at our discretion.

4. The 30-Day Paravita Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your journey with us. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • First Orders Only: This guarantee applies only to your initial order with Paravita.

  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of your initial order to request a refund if you are not satisfied.

  • Limit: This guarantee is limited to one refund per household.

5. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Please contact us at hello@paravita.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • We handle missing or stolen packages on a case-by-case basis.

  • In some instances, we may require you to file a formal claim with the carrier (UPS, USPS, Canada Post, etc.) before a replacement or refund can be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
