Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is simple. 

You can cancel your subscription with us at any time. You can also pause, adjust, or skip orders, and easily manage your subscription by logging in to your customer account or emailing us at hello@paravita.co 

How refunds work

We guarantee a full refund within a 30-day period from the day you first order. Refunds after this point are not guaranteed, and are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

How subscriptions work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries every 30-days, or at another interval you specify. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, or on the account page on our website. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. 

How returns work

We do not accept returns of products that have been shipped to you for food safety reasons. If your order was in the 30-day refund period, we will simply process a full refund and you can keep the product.
